Located just over the border in England, this attractive historic coastal town
features many interesting streets to explore, beach walking, and terrific views
of the famous Royal Border Bridge, which carries the main London-Edinburgh railway

Despite the bridge’s name, the actual border with Scotland is a few miles further
north, even though the Scottish banks are represented in Berwick, and the town’s

The main line from Edinburgh passes through attractive countryside and skirts the clifftops north of Berwick, giving spectacular views of the North Sea Coastline.
Hourly trains run from Edinburgh, journey time is around 45 minutes.
